Here are some helpful answers to guide you through booking and enjoying your photography experience.

You can book by using the enquiry form on my website or by emailing me directly. Once I hear from you, we’ll chat through what you’d love from your session and arrange a date that works for you.
A small deposit is usually required to secure your booking, with the balance due on or before your session. Full details will always be confirmed when you book.
Most sessions take place outdoors in Richmond and the surrounding North Yorkshire areas, but I’m always happy to discuss locations that mean something special to you.
If the weather isn’t suitable, we’ll simply reschedule no stress, no pressure.

Comfort items, props, or anything you would like included in your photos are welcome.
Session times vary depending on the type of shoot but are designed to feel relaxed and unhurried.
Yes, you will be able to view and select your preferred images after the session.

The Photography Experience includes a relaxed photography session, carefully edited digital images, one professionally mounted 12 × 8 piece of artwork and a £40 Artwork Credit towards a larger wall art collection. Everything is photographed, edited and printed in-house, so your memories are looked after from beginning to end.
Yes. Once your gallery is ready, you will be able to choose your favourite images. I'll then guide you through selecting your included artwork and, if you would like, help you explore larger wall art or keepsakes using your Artwork Credit.

Yes, your images are securely stored, so you can come back in the future for reprints, gifts, or new keepsakes whenever you need them.
Turnaround times vary depending on the product, but I’ll always give you a clear timescale when you place your order.
Images are kept long-term, but I always recommend saving your own copies too, just for peace of mind.
Yes, all images are professionally printed in-house as part of my service. From editing to the final print, everything is handled with care to ensure your images become beautiful, lasting keepsakes.
